Maintenance & Support

Annual maintenance and support is required with the initial purchase of Diplomas on Demand^® software. This provides unlimited technical support, software updates, two free replacement signatures, and one free replacement template. The maintenance agreement begins upon receipt of the software and expires every 12 months.

Renewal for maintenance is optional, but technical support is billed hourly when required. Renewing your maintenance agreement guarantees money-off coupons for your next diploma paper order, free or discounted signature replacements and free or discounted replacement templates. SCRIP-SAFE^® will contact you before your maintenance agreement expires to discuss our maintenance renewal program.
